2. Services Provided
We offer cargo transportation and logistics solutions via air, road, and sea from the UAE to Gulf countries and vice versa.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipment details, documentation, and contact information.

  • Ensure goods comply with customs, legal, and safety regulations.

  • Avoid sending prohibited or dangerous items.

4. Prohibited Items Include (but are not limited to):

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives

  • Hazardous chemicals or flammable items

  • Currency, precious stones, or items restricted by law

5. Liability
We take utmost care of your shipment, but we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or third-party carriers

  • Loss or damage due to improper packing or incorrect information

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

6. Insurance
Insurance is available upon request and is charged separately. Uninsured shipments travel at the sender’s risk.

7. Payment Terms
All charges must be paid before or at the time of shipment. No refunds will be granted once transportation begins unless agreed otherwise.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Service Coverage
We ship cargo from the UAE to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and other Gulf countries via air, road, and sea.

2. Pickup & Delivery

  • Door-to-door and port-to-port options available

  • Pickup schedules are confirmed based on customer request and route availability

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs, distance, and transportation mode

3. Packaging & Handling
Customers are responsible for safe packing of goods. Packing services are available upon request.

4. Customs and Documentation

  • We assist with customs clearance and paperwork

  • Any duty, VAT, or customs charges must be paid by the customer or receiver

5. Tracking
Customers can track shipment progress through our support team or tracking system (if available).


💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Shipments can be canceled before pickup or dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:

  • Payment was made but service could not be provided

  • Shipment was not collected or dispatched due to our internal issue

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Shipment already in transit

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customer

  • Delays beyond our control (weather, customs, strikes)

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
